Who I really wish I had known about earlier. I read Slouching Toward Bethlehem on the way to pick up Tom in San Diego, and it was so incredibly relevant, and captivating to read, even though she was writing about California in the 1960s.
Also, she’s simply a fabulous-looking woman.
